Mike Conzett and Barry Butterfield
Occasionally at HDR I'm asked to create posters for people when they retire. Here are two examples of posters that I've recently finished. The first one is of Mike Conzett, and the second one is of Barry Butterfield. Typically for these I'm given a chicken scratch style of a list of things and I have to figure out how to incorporate them all into one design.
Painted Digitally using Photoshop CS6 and a Wacom Cintiq. Some elements were designed in Adobe Illustrator CS6.
The Pathfinder!
Every year HDR does an internal awards campaign called "Pathfinders". It's a way for us to recognize our peers for their outstanding work during the course of the year. This year we did a Super Hero themed campaign, and created a hero called "The Pathfinder". I created two posters for this as well as did the logo design for the poster and the insignia on his chest. My buddy Mike Cameron came up with the idea and we just rolled with it.

Doug McDermott
A couple of years ago I was asked to create a Creighton Basketball invitation. A week ago I was asked to create another one. Below is the latest one featuring Doug McDermott of the Creighton Bluejays men's basketball team.

Bob Becker on Crutches Cardboard Stand-Up
Poor Bob slipped and fell, so I was asked to make a cardboard stand-up/caricature of Bob on crutches.
